Utilizing a variety of Pilates equipment including the reformer, tower, wunda chair, mat and more, expect a full-body workout with attention to proper form and alignment. Each session is customized and will leave you feeling stronger with better posture, balanced and empowered.

Duet Pilates
Prefer to workout with a buddy? No problem! Duet sessions will focus more on mat work with small props like weights, bands, balls, magic circles and foam rollers. You'll still get plenty of one-on-one attention with more of a group class feel. Expect a full-body workout designed to give your body a balance of strength and flexibility. All sessions are 50-minutes, and you must have a partner to book. Please contact me directly for scheduling.

Virtual Pilates
