If you’re new to Pilates or new to my studio, we begin with a 3-session introductory series.

During these first few sessions, we focus on building strength, mobility, and body awareness while introducing you to the Pilates apparatus and foundational movement principles.

Your introductory series includes 3 private sessions for $240.
